- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Maddeningly obtuse person foreign answers phone and never answers basic question saying call back next week. You call back and she says the same thing. We doubt it's a real dentist. ADDENDUM: THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON A NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE OFFICE BESIDES THE WOMAN WHO CONTINUALLY SAYS CALL BACK NEXT WEEK, YET WHEN WE DO, WE GET THE SAME WOMAN WHO SAYS THE SAME THING. IF Dr Finkel is serious about grow g her practice, she needs to know these things.
