- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After being given the runaround by three Norwalk ENTs, I was finally referred to Dr. Fliegelman by my sons' allergist. I could not be happier! As a hearing aid wearer, it is important that I feel heard and treated with respect. Dr. Fliegelman listens and is very reluctant to operate, always trying to find another less aggressive route. So far, that has worked for me in helping my symptoms subside tremendously. He also does not "require" that I make numerous, unnecessary appointments just so he can charge my insurance company. Overall, Dr. Fliegelman is an ethical, forthright doctor.May 25, 2017by Laura Giancaspro
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I never review anyone or anything but this office I must. One star is even too much. This office is horrendous. Completely unprofessional. Billing department has no customer service skill. This is the rudest doctor facility I have ever dealt with. Dr. Levin miscoded my procedures in order to charge my insurance the highest fees possible. He administered the identical procedure to what I had done a few months earlier in essence to tell me what I already heard! When questioned they coincidentally recoded my procedure. In the meantime, while I was waiting for an updated bill they sent the initial charges to collections. When I called to ask this to be removed from collections the office manager did not return my call. I called again and she would not get on the phone without me pressing. She failed to announce who she was when she finally did get on the phone. She was abrupt, rude and condescending.
