- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I only chose a 1 star rating because Google prompted me to do so, otherwise it would have been 0 stars. I phoned into the office as a potential new patient for my infant daughter & soon-to-be baby #2 in two months, as my family & I are new to CT. Before I could even finish my sentence, the receptionist on the line interrupted me & stated, "we are no longer accepting new patients, so you might as well stop there & just look elsewhere," and proceeded to hang up on me. Needless to say, they made the search for a Pediatrician's office that much easier for me, but based off of their website claiming to have a professional & friendly environment, I find extremely hard to believe after that rude & unprofessional interaction.March 17, 2017by Jessi Caldwell
